Provide usable artwork
A vector logo is useful for resizing and checking fine detail. If you only have an image, send the original high-resolution file and ask whether it needs preparation. Include a colour reference and any required company-name spelling.
Check small details
Look at thin lines, small lettering and text inside the logo. These may need a simpler version to remain clear at pen size. Keep essential text away from the clip and other interruptions. Ask for the final branding dimensions instead of judging the design only from a large on-screen preview.
Separate the versions
For individual names, provide one final list and the quantity of each entry. Confirm orientation and placement on the pen. Review the proof with the longest name or logo variation, then approve the final file together with the model, quantity and branding method.
