Prepare a short, readable design and provide exact names as text. The keychain material, shape and ring position determine how much usable space remains.
Supply the logo and wording
Send a vector logo if available, or the clearest original image. Include the exact name or message separately so it can be checked without reading it from a picture. Tell us whether the design is for one side or two.
Keep the attachment in mind
A hole or ring connection uses part of the shape. Avoid putting a name or essential logo detail too close to it. If the outline follows your logo, ask for a feasibility check around narrow sections before approving a final size.
Organise named pieces
Use one row per name with its quantity and any design variation. Check spelling and capitalisation against the final layout. For a mixed order, label the material and artwork version clearly. Confirm the personalisation method, attachment and delivery date with the quote.
