Check spelling, photo selection and item matching before approving personalised gifts. The most useful check is against one final list, not several message threads.
Create one recipient list
Use one row for each gift. Include the recipient name, item, exact message and photo filename where relevant. Keep punctuation and capitalisation intentional. For matching sets, state which items belong together so a named pen does not get paired with another recipient’s box.
Review the image crop
Open the original photo and check that the important people or details fit the intended format. Leave enough room around faces for cropping. If you want a background removed or a specific section included, describe that explicitly rather than assuming it will be changed.
Approve the right version
Check the layout against your list, including dates and any Arabic text. Mark corrections clearly and confirm the final revised version. Ask how late changes affect the production schedule. For collection or delivery, confirm whether gifts should be grouped by person, department or destination.
