A pocket stamp works best with checked paperwork, a firm surface and a place to store it securely. Prepare the kit around the documents your staff actually use.

Keep the approved details available
Save the final wording and a reference impression where the authorised team can find them. Include the stamp model in your equipment list. If a stamp is lost or damaged, the team can request the correct replacement without reconstructing the layout.
Carry a firm writing support
Use a clipboard or another flat support for forms. Stamping on a soft seat, uneven folder or unsupported stack can give an incomplete impression. Test on spare paper when the surface or conditions are unfamiliar.
Close and store it after use
Follow the closing method for the selected pocket model. Check that it is secured before putting it in a bag. Keep the stamp away from dirt and excessive heat, and follow its care guidance. Avoid adding loose ink bottles unless there is a specific, safely contained need.
Plan handovers and replacements
Assign each stamp to a person or team, particularly when it contains company details. Record changes to the wording and retire outdated versions. For a replacement delivered within Dubai or to Sharjah, provide the receiving location and contact when requesting a quote.
