Identify the stand
Photograph the complete display, the base, the top rail and any model label. Record the current graphic width and visible height. Include the old artwork or template if available. Tell us whether the existing graphic is still fitted, damaged or already removed so the replacement work can be assessed.
Confirm how the graphic attaches
Different stands use different attachments and internal allowances. Ask whether the hardware can accept a replacement and who will carry out the change. Do not dismantle a tensioned mechanism simply to obtain a measurement; use the manufacturer’s instructions or the agreed service process for the stand.
Compare replacement with a complete display
Have the quote distinguish the new print, any fitting work and any new hardware. Check the base condition and the need for a carry bag. If the original stand cannot be identified or is damaged, ask for a complete-display option and compare the confirmed scope and timing before deciding.
