Check the table space
Measure the space available alongside menus, glasses or other items. Review the face size and the depth of the assembled display. Decide whether it will be read from one side or both and whether customers are seated or standing. Avoid choosing a large face without checking its footprint.
Confirm handling and included parts
Describe the location and cleaning routine before selecting a material or finish. Do not assume a paper display is waterproof or that a printed insert includes a holder. Ask for the format, dimensions, quantity and supplied parts to be stated in the quote, especially when ordering replacements for an existing setup.
