Ordering Name Stamps for a Team Without Spelling Errors

Ordering Name Stamps for a Team Without Spelling Errors

Collect names in one checked table before ordering. Treat each name and role as a separate design, even when all stamps share the same format.

For options and an order enquiry, visit Custom Name Stamps.

Create one row per person

Include the name exactly as it should appear, the role if needed, the quantity and a reference number. Keep initials and punctuation consistent. If a second language is required, include the approved text in the same row so the two versions stay together.

Decide which details belong on the stamp

A name-only design may suit a small form field. Adding a role, department and telephone number can require a larger area. Include only information that is useful at the point where the impression will be used.

Check the longest entry first

Use the longest name and role to assess the proposed layout. Do not assume a format that fits one short name will fit the whole team. Agree how line breaks should work so the set stays consistent without making long names unreadable.

Approve and receive against the list

Ask each responsible person to check the spelling, then send one consolidated approval. On receipt, compare the impressions with the final list. Keep it for future additions, and update staff details before requesting replacements.
