Clean artwork is what separates a fleet that looks consistent from one where every plate frame or counter sign looks slightly different. Use this checklist before you send your order.
Logo files
- Send a vector file — AI, EPS, or a high-resolution PDF with outlined fonts. Avoid sending a logo pulled from a website or a screenshot; it will look soft or pixelated once enlarged onto signage.
- If you only have a raster logo (JPG/PNG), tell us the exact brand colours (Pantone or HEX) so we can recreate crisp linework rather than upscaling a blurry file.
- Include your logo in both full colour and single colour (for engraving or embossing use).
Fleet and plate details
- Provide a list of vehicles with plate category/size, since frame dimensions differ by plate type and emirate.
- Confirm the exact company name and any registration number you want to appear, matching your trade licence spelling.
- If you operate across multiple emirates, note which plate formats apply — a frame sized for a Dubai plate won't always fit an Abu Dhabi or Sharjah plate.
Counter and signage artwork
- Measure your counter or reception wall before ordering signage — sending exact dimensions avoids a sign that's too large or small for the space.
- Decide wording for rate/terms boards in advance; changing text after production means reprinting, not editing.
- If you need Arabic text alongside English (recommended for any customer-facing signage), send the Arabic wording pre-translated and approved — machine-translated text on a printed sign is difficult to correct later.
Stamps and stationery
- List exactly which stamps you need (e.g. company stamp, "Received", "Paid") and the precise wording for each.
- Business cards and letterhead: confirm job titles and contact details per staff member before the first print run, since reprinting individual cards later costs more than batching them upfront.
Before you approve
Ask for a digital proof of every plate frame, sign and stamp before production, and check spelling, plate size, and colour against your brand guidelines. A five-minute proof check is far cheaper than a reprint.
