A brochure can contain correct wording and still read in the wrong order after folding. A simple paper mock-up helps catch misplaced covers, upside-down panels and information hidden inside a fold.

Label the panels
Mark the intended front cover, back cover and inside panels on a rough folded sheet. Compare this to the artwork supplied for printing. If the brochure reads in Arabic, check the opening direction and reading sequence with the person approving the text.
Check content near folds
Keep logos, phone numbers and small text away from folds and trim edges using the printer’s template. Check pictures that cross panels and make sure a face or essential detail does not fall on a fold.
Approve one final version
Check the website, contact details and any offer dates. Open QR links on a phone. Send one clearly named approved file and identify the version it replaces. Record the folded size, paper, quantity and finish alongside that approval.
