Check your logo against the selected kraft paper before approving the print. Artwork designed on white may look different when the paper itself is brown.
Send the best source file you have
An editable or vector logo file helps the printer inspect shapes and fine details. If you only have a small image, send it for review before treating it as print-ready. Include brand colour references and identify any part of the logo that must remain especially clear.
Review contrast at the finished size
Ask to see the design on a representation of the proposed bag colour, then discuss a physical sample when colour is important. Check small lettering, fine lines and pale elements. A screen preview is a layout aid; it does not confirm the exact printed appearance on the selected paper.
Confirm the position and number of sides
Specify the logo size and which faces need printing. Let the confirmed bag layout define the safe print area around folds, joins and handles. Supply separate files if the front and back differ. Keep the approved artwork, bag specification and quantity together so the quotation reflects the full request.
