Approve a kraft bag as a finished item: print, placement and carrying. A logo proof alone does not tell you whether the bag fits the contents.
Check the printed design
Compare the spelling, logo version and orientation with the approved artwork. Review contrast and fine detail on the proposed paper. If colour is critical, agree how it will be assessed before production. Avoid relying on a white-background digital mock-up as the only reference.
Check the artwork placement
Open the bag and inspect the main faces, folds and joins. Make sure the design sits where expected when the bag is filled, not only when it is flat. Confirm whether both sides carry the same artwork and whether any version has a different message. Keep essential information away from uncertain print boundaries.
Check the bag with its contents
Use the actual items to review the opening, base and handle access. Share the filled weight and ask for the specification to be confirmed for that use. Record the bag size, paper, handle, printed sides and artwork version for a repeat order. Do not add recycling or other environmental claims without evidence for the complete bag.
