Choose logo sticker size against the object it will go on. The same logo may need different dimensions for a small box, a paper bag and a giveaway.
Measure the usable area
Find the flat, visible part of the package and allow room around the sticker. Make paper shapes at a few candidate sizes and place them on the actual item. Check folds, handles and openings. A large logo can look cramped when the available panel is smaller than expected.
Check the smallest detail
View the artwork at its finished size. Look at fine lines, taglines and spaces inside letters. If those details disappear, discuss a larger sticker or a simplified logo version. Enlarging a low-resolution image will not restore missing detail, so send the original artwork when available.
Separate the uses in the order
Give each size and logo version its own quantity. Explain whether the sticker is a decorative label, closure or giveaway, as this affects the format and material discussion. Keep one approved reference for each version so the next order does not mix a bag label with a smaller box sticker.
