Useful files to include
An editable vector file or print-ready PDF helps preserve clear edges at different sizes. If you only have a PNG or JPEG, send the original rather than an image copied from a chat preview. Include a reference image so the printer can see how the logo should look, especially if fonts or linked artwork are involved.
Explain colour and background
Supply any brand colour reference and a previous print sample if matching matters. Say whether the background should be white, coloured or clear. A white rectangle in the file may be intentional or may simply come from the export; confirm which before production. Mark any transparent or white-ink requirements explicitly.
Approve a sized proof
Check spelling, proportions, border and the cut outline at the finished dimensions. Confirm each language or colour version and its quantity. If the artwork has been rebuilt, compare it with the original before approval. Keep the approved file rather than using an older draft for the reorder.
