Send both the printed design and the intended cut shape. The cutter needs a clear outline, and the artwork needs enough space around that outline for the agreed finishing process.

Set the finished dimensions
State width and height with units. A screenshot alone does not define size. Check the dimensions against the item receiving the sticker and make a rough paper cut-out if the shape wraps around a curve or narrow area.
Separate the cut outline
Ask the printer how to supply the cutting path. Keep it distinguishable from printable graphics and avoid adding an arbitrary border unless it is part of the design. Confirm the required bleed and safe area before final export.
Check small details
Review narrow points, thin sections and text close to the edge. Ask whether the proposed shape can be cut and handled reliably. Confirm quantity per design and how the stickers will be supplied before approving production.
