Use the organiser or stand contractor’s final graphic templates for booth printing. The stand’s nominal footprint does not provide the sizes of its printable panels.
Get the final panel schedule
Request the visible graphic dimensions, trim or bleed instructions and any fitting restrictions. Record each wall, panel and orientation with a unique reference. Include frames, doors, screens and counters on the layout. If the construction drawings change, confirm whether the graphic sizes also need revision.
Plan joins and obstructions
Lay the design across the panel sequence before exporting individual files. Keep small text, faces and QR codes away from joins where practical. Identify anything that will sit in front of the graphics, such as a counter or monitor, so the key message remains visible in the finished stand.
Approve files and installation scope
Label files to match the panel schedule and check orientation, sequence and quantity. Have the stand contractor confirm the fitting method and who is responsible for installation.
