Collect the event milestones
Record artwork approval, the venue’s receiving window, contractor access and the required completion time. Confirm who accepts the delivery and where it should go. A venue name alone is not enough: hall, stand number, contact and access instructions may be needed for a successful handover.
Allow time for decisions
Confirm the stand dimensions and artwork before asking for a firm production schedule. Changes to panels or messaging can affect the files and timing. Send the full item list so banners, panels and counter graphics can be planned together. Ask for current availability rather than assuming a standard turnaround.
Confirm responsibilities in writing
Make clear who prints, delivers, fits and signs off the display. Ask whether delivery and installation are separate appointments. Dubai delivery and delivery to Sharjah are available, but venue requirements and fitting must be agreed for the specific event. Keep the approved artwork and item list available to the person receiving the order.
