Before ordering a heat stamp, identify the part you need. A custom engraved die, a handled tool and a complete heating machine are different items and should be clear in the quote.
For options and an order enquiry, visit Custom Heat Stamps.
Describe the existing equipment
If you already have a machine or handle, send its model details and clear photographs of the mounting area. Include dimensions or a drawing where available. Do not assume a new die will attach because it looks similar to the current one.
Specify the material and finish
Name the material you intend to mark and describe any coating or surface treatment. Leather, wood and food applications need separate suitability checks. Tell the supplier if the tool will contact food so the material and dedicated setup can be confirmed for that use.
Prepare the artwork at the required size
Send the original logo and the desired width of the mark. Check fine lines, small text and the available flat area on the item. Approve the design in its final orientation rather than relying on a photograph of another person’s stamp.
Confirm what the quote includes
Check whether the price covers the die alone, a handle, a heating unit or another attachment. Ask for compatible operating and care guidance. Share your Dubai or Sharjah delivery location separately from the production deadline so the full order plan can be confirmed.
