For desk use, consider the available space and how the bottle will be refilled and cleaned. For a team or event, check how the bottle will be carried and distributed. If it must fit a bag pocket or holder, provide those dimensions rather than choosing by capacity alone.
Verify the specification
Ask for the material, capacity, lid type and care instructions of the quoted model. Insulation is model-specific. Do not assume a metal-looking bottle has the same construction or temperature performance as another product in the range.
Plan the branding
Send the logo and any individual names. The curvature, seams and coating affect the available printing or engraving area. Confirm colour and placement on the chosen model, then check quantities by body colour and artwork version. State the required delivery date when requesting the quote.
