Prepare the design
Send the event logo and exact wording, including the year. Ask for the usable design area of the selected medal. If the design is crowded, keep the event identity and award category clear rather than reducing every detail to fit.
Separate shared and individual details
State whether all medals use one design or whether names, placings or distances differ. For personalised pieces, provide a final list with quantities. Identify any medals that must remain unnamed, such as participation extras or replacement pieces.
Confirm what arrives
Check the finish, size, personalisation method and ribbon inclusion in the quote. Confirm production timing and delivery separately, including whether the medals need sorting by category. For Dubai delivery or delivery to Sharjah, provide the area and the date the organiser needs the completed order in hand.
