A corrugated box enquiry needs the contents and packed weight as well as its size. Include how the box will be stored and transported so the construction can be reviewed for the actual order.
Describe the complete packed load
List the number of items in each box and their combined weight. Mention glass, liquids, sharp edges or parts that could move. Explain any cushioning or separators you already use and whether these must fit inside the new box. Share an existing box sample if it has worked well, and describe any problems you want solved.
Agree the style and dimensions
Identify inside dimensions and the way the box should open or close. A photo or a FEFCO box-style reference can help describe the construction. A style code identifies a design; it does not establish the board strength or suitability for your contents.
Confirm printing and handling
Mark the panels that need artwork, codes or handling information. Tell the printer about stacking, storage and transport. Ask the quotation to identify the board and structure, and agree any sample checks for the packed order. Review packing materials separately; a printed box alone cannot guarantee protection during delivery.
