Think about how the sticker will be handed over
An individually cut sticker suits a giveaway or an item placed in each order. A kiss-cut sticker can keep a larger liner around the design, making it easier to lift from the backing. Several kiss-cut designs may also be arranged on a sheet, subject to the production option. Tell us how customers will receive and peel the stickers.
Separate the cut from the material
The cut style does not determine whether the sticker is paper, vinyl or suitable for moisture. Specify the surface and conditions as a separate part of the brief. A paper giveaway and a label for a chilled bottle can have the same shape but need different material checks.
Review the outline at its finished size
Keep small points, narrow bridges and fine details practical. Print a paper version at actual size and check whether the logo reads clearly. Send the preferred cut line, finished width and height, quantity and backing format together. If the outline needs simplifying, approve the revised shape before production.
