Preparing an Ice Stamp Logo for Cafés and Events

Choose a logo version that reads clearly in a small impression. A simple symbol, short name or monogram is easier to assess than a full lock-up with a fine tagline.

Start with the original artwork

Send the clearest logo file you have, ideally a vector version. Include the brand name separately as text if it must appear in the mark. Avoid treating a small social-media profile image as the only production reference when a better source exists.

Remove detail only with approval

Colour gradients and closely spaced lines may need a simpler stamp version. Keep the original artwork and compare any proposed changes with it. Make sure the simplified symbol still identifies the business or event as intended.

Check the mark against your ice

Give the maker the usable flat-face dimensions, not just a general description such as large cubes. Review the artwork at the planned size. If a long event name does not fit clearly, initials or a separate symbol may be a better choice.

Plan service and care

For a venue order, identify who will use the stamp and where it will be kept. Confirm food-contact suitability and follow the supplied cleaning and use instructions. Share the event date, quantity and delivery destination when requesting a quote so timing can be assessed.
