Build promotional counter artwork from the actual graphic template. Flat panels and curved wraps place the logo differently, and a join can interrupt a design that looks complete on screen.
Identify each printable area
Send the counter model, photographs and template. Mark the front, sides and any header as separate areas where applicable. Ask which parts are included in the print order. Do not assume the top or structural body is printable simply because it appears in a display example.
Place the main message on the visible face
Keep the logo and short message where visitors approaching the counter will see them. Review curved returns and joins before positioning important text. Consider products, literature holders or a staff member standing in front. A counter used for sampling may need a different arrangement from a reception point.
Check fit and orientation
Confirm the attachment method, finished size and direction of the artwork. Have the supplier review any wrap seam or cut line. If there are multiple counters, identify the artwork and quantity for each. Approve the graphic and the included hardware separately so print only is not mistaken for a complete display.
