Compare the available print area
A shaped flag narrows or curves in places, so a logo that works on a rectangle may need repositioning. Decide whether the main content is a logo, a short name or a promotional phrase. Review the complete outline with the pole sleeve and safe area shown before approving the artwork.
Consider where people will see it
Share the display location, ground surface and expected approach. Tell us whether the flag is used indoors, outdoors or at temporary events. A flag can move, so dense wording may be harder to follow than a simple mark or short message. Discuss the appropriate hardware for the intended conditions.
Confirm sides and included hardware
Ask how the design will appear from the reverse side and which construction is being quoted. Confirm whether the price covers the fabric, pole, base and carry equipment. If you already own a set, provide its model and template before choosing a replacement shape; different formats may not fit the same hardware.
