Do not finalise artwork using a rectangular page for a shaped flag. Ask for the correct outline and sleeve allowance for the chosen format.
Match the print to the hardware
Shape
Feather and teardrop formats have different printable areas. Keep logos and lettering inside the confirmed template.
Viewing sides
Ask how the design will appear from each side. Single-layer and double-sided constructions are different specifications, not interchangeable labels.
Pole and base
State whether you need the complete set or fabric only. The ground surface and exposure affect which base and hardware can be offered.

Both formats are represented in our catalogue. Send the preferred shape and size so we can confirm the available construction.
Are poles and bases included?
They are included only when stated in the quotation. Specify fabric only or a complete set when you enquire.
Can you print for my existing pole?
Share the pole model, flag dimensions and a photo. We will check the template and sleeve fit before confirming compatibility.
