A matching stationery set starts with shared brand assets and company details. The layout can adapt to each item while keeping those elements consistent.

Use the same source assets
Send one approved logo and colour reference for both items. Keep the company name, address, website and general phone number in a master file. Identify any differences that are intentional, such as a direct number on an individual card.
Design for how each item is used
Leave useful space for the body of a letter and signatures on the letterhead. On the card, prioritise the details someone needs to contact the person. Review both at finished size before adjusting text or logo proportions.
Keep a reorder record
Save the final artwork and specification for each item. Record the card finish and the letterhead paper separately. When the business moves or changes a number, update the master details before commissioning either item again.
